So fast, easy, and just plain great! Grover’s Shrimp has been one of our family favorites for years.
Thaw & peel prawn
Heat a George Foreman grill to medium
Butter bottom half of grill
Place loose or skewered prawn on grill
Season to taste with garlic salt w/parsley
Butter top of grill and close
Grill for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK
Serve hot. Prawns are translucent fresh and white when cooked.
Ginger’s side note: a dash of hot sauce is delicious also!

“Grover Webb of Tanglefoot Ranch uses his hilly farmland to produce pond-raised shrimp, or prawns. Webb has a unique method of processing these creatures. He places the shrimp in ice water, then harvests them as quickly as possible.
